FONDO IMMOBILIARE DI LOMBARDIA – COMPARTO UNO (LOMBARDY REAL-ESTATE FUND – SECTION ONE)
This Fund is an extension of the Fondo Abitare Sociale 1 (Social Housing Fund 1), in operation in Lombardy since 2006. In addition to the FIA, it is also underwritten by Fondazione Cariplo, Regione Lombardia, banking, insurance and real-estate groups. The Fund is developing projects in Milan and in other cities in the Region.
